It is indeed a great joy to reminisce the origination of our C.S.I. Jeyaraj Annapackiam College of Nursing & Allied Sciences thirty years back.  The institution has been bestowed with the opportunity of preparing the students for B.Sc(N) , M.Sc(N) and also it serves as the study centre for Ph.D programme in the field of nursing under the Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai.

Every human being is the author of his/her health or disease. Hence the students are prepared to fulfil the health needs related to the promotion, preservation and prevention of positive health of individual leading to the health of the country at large.  We always strive to enhance the clinical skills and hands on training of our students from Christian Mission Hospital, other speciality hospitals in and around Madurai. We extend our outreach programme to CSI Community Health Centre, Kilanjunai & Pankajam Caroline Clark Community Health Centre etc., which lay as the building blocks to develop Christian commitment among our students and community. Besides the academics, we aim at all round development of our students and for the scope of physical development. Students are encouraged to participate in sports, games and extracurricular activities.

We emphasize on developing communication skills, problem solving skills, self-discipline… etc. we sensitize the students towards environment and inculcate them in values, patriotism, humility and perseverance by conducting variety of activities and competition, in all we focus harmonious development of students. Thus, our Alumni scattered all over the Globe facilitating Holistic transformation, professional excellence with Christian Commitment.  Thanks to be our Lord for His immeasurable blessing and guidance to our institution.
